At Marico, we conduct a range of activities across varied campuses. Our Calendar is filled with both, On-Campus and Off-Campus activities.

The On-Campus activities include:

Summer Trainee Recruitment Program. Conducted around September to mid November. Management Trainee Recruitment Program Conducted around December to February. As a part of our ‘Campus Relationship Program’, we conduct, Ongoing Campus Interactions. The Autumn Trainee Recruitment Program.

We also actively participate in Events like ‘Lakshya’ – instituted by NITIE and Excellence Events instituted by S.P.Jain Institute, etc.

Besides this, many Mariconians are associated with management institutes and engineering colleges as visiting faculty.

The Off Campus activities include:

The Summer Training Program. This two month training program is conducted from April to May. It gives us the opportunity to assess and recruit new talent as Management Trainees through the Pre-Placement Interview (PPI) route. The Best Summer Project Contest. Conducted in September. Pre-Placement Interviews. Held in September. The Autumn Training Program. Conducted from October to December Ongoing Live Projects
